1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Kneel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. About Kneel

Kneel provides daily prayer content, scripture-based reflections, optional reminders, prayer history, and collection-style visual progress features.

Kneel is intended for personal spiritual reflection and devotional use. It is not a replacement for professional counseling, medical care, emergency support, clergy guidance, or pastoral care.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kneel. If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you should use Kneel only with permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Personal Use

Kneel is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or exploit the app or its content except as permitted by law.

5. Prayer Content

Kneel may include prayers, scripture references, reflections, and related spiritual content. While we aim to present content respectfully and carefully, we do not guarantee that every user will interpret the content in the same way.

You are responsible for how you use, interpret, and apply the content in your own life.

6. Notifications

Kneel may offer optional daily reminders. You can enable, disable, or modify notification permissions through the app or your device settings.

We do not guarantee that reminders will always arrive at the exact selected time. Notification delivery may depend on your device settings, operating system behavior, network conditions, or Apple services.

7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Kneel may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Prices and availability may vary by country or region.
• Any free access period offered inside the app is promotional app access only and is not an Apple subscription free trial unless explicitly shown on the App Store purchase sheet.

8. Refunds

Payments and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. If you want to request a refund, you must do so through Apple’s official refund process.

9. Changes to Features and Pricing

We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Subscription pricing and included features may also change, subject to App Store rules and applicable law.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use Kneel for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the app’s operation or security
• Attempt to bypass subscription access controls
• Copy or redistribute app content without permission
• Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

11. Intellectual Property

Kneel, including its design, visual elements, app structure, collection system, and original content, is owned by Enes Keskin or used with permission. You may not use Kneel’s name, branding, design, or content without written permission.

12. No Warranty

Kneel is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available, or suitable for your specific needs.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enes Keskin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Kneel.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Kneel if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. You may stop using the app at any time.

15. Privacy

Your use of Kneel is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information is handled.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Kneel after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
